Rachel Tornheim

Rachel is a healthcare operations leader who has worked for three health systems, two healthtech start-ups, and one payer. She has experience in value-based care (Remedy Partners), clinical decision support (MDCalc), and digital health (Mount Sinai), and she's led functions ranging from product operations and project management to quality and care redesign implementation. Rachel is currently Head of Consumer Digital Innovations at Mount Sinai, where she's led a 30-person team building patient engagement software.

Joe Ferrara

Joe brings over 7 years experience selling into health systems having served as Senior Director of Sales and Customer Service for an innovative life sciences startup. Currently Founding Customer Service Lead for PharmASSIST Healthcare Dashboards and Advisor for Light-it.

Aleena Khan

Aleena Khan is a healthcare operations leader with experience across two health systems, including procurement & strategic sourcing at New York Presbyterian Hospital and as a chief of staff to the CEO of a New Jersey community health system. She also drove product portfolio management and change management programs at Optum, and most recently, built out the operations team at a health tech startup.
